Pipeline Testing Consortium, Inc. (est. 1990) is one of the leading administrators of DOT drug & alcohol programs in the pipeline industry.

While PTC specializes in programs under the DOT regulations, we work together with our members in establishing and following their own corporate substance abuse programs as well as meeting major pipeline operator requirements that may require annual or specialized testing that exceed federal requirements.
