The Finger Lakes Wine Lab was established in 2008 as part of Dairy One Cooperative, an established and reputable agricultural lab. We can provide commercial testing services for wineries in the Finger Lakes region as well as for wineries in surrounding areas and states. Some of the analyses that we offer for must and wine are: yeast assimilable nitrogen, Brix, TA, pH, malic acid and acetic acid, alcohol, residual sugar, and sulfur dioxide.
We offer a free courier service for local wineries during the harvest season, and we also pride ourselves in 24 hour result reporting. We are currently expanding our services as the need for additional analyses arises.
