Employer Support Services has been providing companies with human capital management solutions since 1996. ESS was started by John Ragsdale, an entrepreneur with a strong business background and a history of working with numerous service providers. John saw the need for quality HR and payroll regulatory solutions. While John is now retired, his passion and vision is carried on by his daughter-in-law Jennifer Ragsdale. Jennifer started working with ESS at its inception while still in college. She has now worked in every aspect of the business and consulted with hundreds of clients over the years.
