Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans
The Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans (SWBNO) is the public utility providing drinking water, drainage and sewerage services to Orleans Parish. Our booth provides educational material to members of the Food Service Establishments (FSE) located in Orleans Parish. In 2017 the SWBNO implemented its Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Program. The FOG Program requires all FSE''s operating in Orleans Parish to obtain a Grease Trap Discharge Permit. Grease Trap Discharge Applications can be obtained from our booth during this year''s expo.
