In January 2000, Wellcoaches founded the first coaching school for health and wellness professionals. Since then, we have trained over 14,000 Coaches in 50 countries. Our 20 year journey in designing and testing coaching protocols, training models, and skills assessment, pursuing research and unifying standards, helped enable CPT codes for health and well-being coaching. We created the first coaching textbook in healthcare, the Coaching Psychology Manual, endorsed by the ACSM. We are a NBHWC approved training program and have trained over 1,000 coaches with a 94.5% pass rate on the exam.
