Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal was co-founded by Baoshan District People's Government and Sinotrans & CSC Shanghai Changjiang Shipping Co., Ltd. In  2009. It is mainly engaged in the construction, operation and management of the port, consists of access bridges, hydraulic platforms, terminal halls and piers.
