Casso-Solar Technologies specializes in custom machines for laminating, both vacuum and press line with autoclaves, decorating ovens and dryers, glass bending systems for laminated and ballistic glass, automated spray coating systems and rolling hearth furnaces. Each project is designed around a base model and then is modified to meet the requirements of each customer''s process. Our machines produce hurricane glass, standard laminated glass, noise reduction laminated glass, ballistic glass, spandrel, screen printed products, digitally printed products, front surface spray coated products, mirrors, bent-laminated glass and more.

In addition to our laminating, bending, firing and decorating machines we have also designed and developed a SentryGlas Trim Table specifically engineered for post-lamination edge clean-up of excess SentryGlas interlayer.  Working directly with Kuraray on the development of this product, we created a machine capable of targeting and reheating excess interlayer making it easier to trim post-lamination.
