Our new 8400 Model leverages the benefits of our earlier models while introducing innovative features such as the HC-1000 Head Compensation, assuring a precise sealant bead position even on bowed or out-of-square frames, and virtually eliminating expensive and time-consuming cleanup of squeezed-out sealant. Overtravel protection eliminates broken nozzles and the associated cleanup and lost production time assuring maximum production output. While enjoying these benefits for using ambient silicone, hot melt applications have the added benefit of superior hose handling for extended life, and as part of the overall patent claim nozzle design provides a unique heat distribution to the nozzle tip most effectively. To complement our equipment, HAECO is the exclusive importer of the FAMATEC glass manipulator, offering the safest and most ergonomic glass handling solution to the industry.
