Deltamax is specialized in inline inspection solutions for flat glass quality control, from defects detection to printing control, from measurement to shape control.
With a wide range of customizable products, installed in more than 30 different countries worldwide, for more than 200 Customers and 400 installations, Deltamax could study a solution to automatize the quality control of your production, thus increasing the quality level of the whole production. We currently offer our services in more than 30 countries worldwide.
Our latest solution is OPT, the scanner that can detect structural defects like bubbles and inclusions on unwashed glass, before the cutting process: interfaced with the cutting software OPT permit to optimize the cutting plan, reducing the waste area of the glass and ensuring the processing of plates without defects, thus saving time for waste management, saving energy and reducing the wear of the machines, that will process glass that meet the expected quality.
