Bavelloni SpA manufactures a comprehensive range of machinery for glass processing, these included multi-functional CNC centers both horizontal & vertical, straight line edgers, bevellers, cutting tables & drills. All machines can be provided as a stand alone or as part of an integrated line solution.
Bavelloni VDM 1636 CN – Vertical milling & drilling machine designed for shower door production & architectural applications. Equipped with opposing spindles each provided with rotating 8 position tool storage. It is extremely user-friendly, designed with the most advanced technical solutions to ensure high working accuracy. Milling is performed while the glass is in a fixed position to achieve better grinding quality & higher grinding speed. The control device combines a professional NC with the convenience of a PC working in Windows environment.
Bavelloni VE500 V10 - Mitering machine capable of processing flat edge with arrises & mitre on glass thickness form 3-51mm. The VE500 V10 is specifically designed for heavy glass & can produce high quality polish at excellent operating speed.
