Today glass can be over 2 times harder then regular tempered glass. With Supertemper fire resistant glass becomes lighter, easier and faster to produce. Supertemper is a Mappi registered trade mark.
ATS 4.0 processes all type of low E glasses, and it manages distribution of convected air separately in lower and upper heating chamber modulating the pressure of the air in single areas.
ATS 4.0 maximizes the production cycle with energy savings up to 20 percent, and it simplifies startup operation with only one hour needed before being in operation after machine start, allowing for cost savings up to 50 percent.
