This pitch competition-style session draws attendees into the exciting world of InsurTech through presentations about technology innovations from InsurTech startups. This session, which is loosely based on the popular “Shark Tank” TV show format and fueled by the explosion of InsurTech innovation, puts InsurTech entrepreneurs front and center on stage, vying for validation from session attendees. Audience members will hear pitches and be able to submit questions to be asked of each presenter before making mock investments into the teams and technologies found most viable, feasible, and applicable to the problems facing today’s insurance industry.
