This session is the first of two, exploring generational perceptions of the efficacy of DE&I initiatives implemented by insurance companies. The panel for this session will include students and early career professionals. Topics to be explored include: • How do students/next generation professionals define DE&I? • What are students/ next generation professionals’ perception of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the insurance industry? • When considering a job opportunity, what is important to you regarding an organization’s DE&I program? • What should the insurance industry/companies do to attract and retain you, as a job seeker?
