In this session, we will explore the anatomy of empowerment.  Participants will be introduced to a simple framework that provides a powerful set of variables that when leveraged in harmony will provide you (and those you lead) with a clear sense of ownership, accountability, and the confidence to engage in better decision making, and effective self-directed and self-organizing behavior.
