NCC is a not-for-profit organization that provides nationally accredited certification programs and continuing education for nurses, physicians, and other licensed health care professionals. Since its inception in 1975, NCC has awarded more than 185,000 certifications and currently supports the largest population of certified professionals, providing neonatal care, obstetric care, mother/baby care, women’s health care, and electronic fetal monitoring.
