WS Hampshire is a long time supplier to the steel industry with our line of Ryertex Composites and Timco Technical Thermoplastics. These materials replace traditionally used materials in applications where temperature, impact, or lack of lubrication cause frequent change outs or unwanted wear to mating components. Applications include strippers/wipers, fiber bearings, mill liners, locking collars, slipper pads, gate/table rolls, and mandrel covers. In addition to wear items, we can provide insulation materials used in coke ovens and electric arc furnaces.
