Sun Metalon is on a mission to remedy the loss of metal resources during finishing with a localized solution that recycles metallic waste with zero-CO2 emissions. Sun Metalon’s recycling technology uses compression and thermal processing to create dry briquettes out of machining chips and grinding swarf – transforming low-value scrap into high-value raw materials. Our modular and scalable system requires less space than scrap storage found in most facilities, and it preserves the alloy chemistry for immediate reuse.
