Family-owned since 1983, Thermal-Tec Inc. is a full-service commercial and industrial roofing restoration company. We manufacture, install, and warranty our proprietary MR Multi-Ply® Roofing System for foundries, melt shops, and ferroalloy manufacturing facilities across the eastern United States. Our system is a 100% renewable roofing solution that can be custom retrofitted to any type of pitched metal, fiberglass, transite, or built-up roof (BUR). The success of the MR Multi-Ply® Roofing System is built on layers of innovation, adding an additional 80,000 to 100,000 lbs of tensile strength bonded directly to the roof. The system is free from PFAS chemicals commonly found in single-ply systems. And installation does not require facility shutdowns.
