Innerspec Technologies specializes in high-performance non-destructive testing solutions, with a focus on Electro Magnetic Acoustic Transducers, Ultrasonic and Phased Array testing, dry-coupled UT, and eddy current solutions. ROLLMATE mill roll inspection system permits inspection of rolls of any alloy, forged and cast, during and after grinding. ROLLMATE is capable of detecting surface micro-cracks on any type of rolls. TEMATE SI are the only automated inspection systems capable of inspecting the full thickness of any coil joining weld: laser, mash, flash butt, and friction. TEMATE systems use non-contact EMAT UT to provide immediate disposition and quality of every weld. CODA portable EMAT instruments allow for quick gauge and profile checks without liquid couplant.
