High Performance Refractory Anchors

Durabrick® is the term derived from ‘durability’ of the brick and improved performance to function under extremities. Durabrick® is a custom made product with controlled Fe203 content and high RUL & PCE properties. DURABRICK® Anchors are available from 60% Alumina upto 85% Alumina with phos bonded options.

We are known for our custom refractories, we offer special shapes & sizes, specialized finishes and improved specifications based on customer needs. Our USP is our in-house mould making facility through which we are able to achieve great shapes and finishes. Our production and development team work in synergy to ensure the correct specification & firing is followed to get the exact product required by our customer.

INSULAIRR® ceramic fiber blankets offer a thermally efficient, thermal shock resistant high temperature insulation solution. These blankets are made of high quality long ceramic fibers with controlled shot content and are available in a variety of temperature grades, densities, and sizes.

INSULAIRR® ceramic fiber blankets are double needled. They are binder free and combine the advantages of dimensional stability at high temperatures. INSULAIRR® fibers are completely inorganic and non-combustible.

DURABRICK® AR HT A are Acid/Chemical Resistant Silica Bricks manufactured using high quality Silica & Select raw materials by extrusion & dry pressing methods. These bricks are manufactured in thicknesses ranging from 25mm - 400mm. The main features of this brick is Low Water Absorpon, High Flexural Strength, Alkali Resistant and High Temperature Resistance.
