ROLLMATE mill roll inspection system permits inspection of rolls of any alloy, forged and cast, during and after grinding. Rollmate is capable of detecting surface micro-cracks on any type of rolls.

TEMATE SI are the only automated inspection systems capable of inspecting the full thickness of any coil joining weld: laser, mash, flash butt, and friction. TEMATE systems use non-contact EMAT UT to provide immediate disposition and quality of every weld.
