Hannecard Roller Coatings/ASB Industries in Ohio, provides thermal spray coatings and weld hard surfacing, Rubber and Polyurethane roller coatings on equipment to enhance equipment performance. Solutions include engineered surfacing to reduce wear from abrasion and protect surfaces in furnaces for oxidizing temperature environments. Hannecard/ASB has developed many coating solutions, including ceramic coatings for seal surfaces, tungsten carbide coatings for extreme wear and gripping, and furnace roll coating systems to reduce oxide pickup on high-strength steel strip production. ASB provides turnkey pre- and post-machining along with assembly and disassembly.  With our new capabilities include rubber and polyurethane coverings used in Pickle Lines, Galvanize Lines including Applicator, Wringer, Squeegee, Pinch, Snubber rolls and more.
