The KMT PRO 50, with the operating pressure at 90,000psi/6.200bar /50hp, and is available for global purchase with delivery in September 2022.
The KMT PRO 50 intensifier topworks improvements include the new patented SUPRAlife metal-to-metal seal designed for extending the life cycle of ultra-high pressure consumable components. The new generation PRO 50 UHP waterjet pump is designed to deliver maximum productivity and profitability by improving uptime performance with predictable maintenance schedules.
There are many new advantages of the KMT PRO 50 pump which includes a reduction in operating time by cutting products 40% faster than conventional 60,000psi/4.100bar 50hp waterjet systems. The PRO 50 uses up to 50% less abrasive garnet, significantly less water and electrical consumption with a savings of three hours a day of labor time (based on 10 hours usage). The PRO 50 offers exceptional value, plus increase capacity to get more parts completed much faster at the lowest cost per part, compared to cutting at 60,000psi/4.100bar.
The KMT Waterjet PRO 50 has a new pump management system and is synchronized by downloading the “KMT Live” APP. By using a smart phone or tablet, you can remotely monitor the pump by using control features to change pump settings, monitor maintenance hours and much more. There is also a remote HMI that interfaces with the OEM cutting machine controller-ethernet/WIFI for real time monitoring. Proactive monitoring ensures maximum uptime.
