 Products

  • Valmet's Neles, Jamesbury Valve Solutions
Valmet's Flow Control business line is a global leader in flow control solutions and services. Our valves and valve automation technologies are known for quality, reliability and highest safety....

  • Control valves are the most important part of any process control loop, vital in stabilizing processes. Neles™ control valves are engineered, manufactured, tested and optimized for your specific application. Our flow control solutions offer reliability, productivity, and sustainability, allowing you to maximize your output and profitability.

Intelligent, reliable on-off Neles valve solutions for general and high-cycle applications will help to reduce the life-cycle costs. Our valve solutions provide long lasting tight shut-off with fast and safe operation together with reduced fugitive emissions. Neles shut-off valves combined with intelligent valve controllers provide diagnostic capabilities and increase plant safety.

  • Valmet's Flowrox Valve Solutions
Flowrox™ valves and pumps are designed for demanding process conditions in a variety of process industries, especially in the mining, minerals processing, metallurgy, construction, energy, environment, and chemical industries....

  • Flowrox™ solutions, formerly known as Larox Flowsys, entail more than 40 years of experience in flow and process control and elastomer technology.

We provide pinch and slurry knife gate valves for flow control. Flowrox™ pinch valves can be either used for shut-off (also known as isolation) or control. Every Flowrox valve is fit for the most demanding applications in which conventional ones encounter problems with wear due to increased turbulence. When the controlled flow is abrasive, it is a big advantage to have only one, wear-resistant, valve part in contact with the medium. The need for maintenance and spare parts is reduced. We provide tailor-made valves for flow control solutions precisely according to given specifications.

  • Valmet's Flowrox Pump Solutions
Flowrox industrial pumps serve a wide range of process industries....

  • Flowrox™ FXM metering pump is ideal for chemical dosing applications which require accurate metering. To optimise metering performance, we offer FXM2 and FXM3 series pumps with improved performance. As flow control specialists, we know it is a big advantage to have only one wear-resistant part (tube assembly) in contact with corrosive or abrasive mediums. Flowrox FXM pump has low consumption of spare parts, reduces maintenance and downtime, improves process performance and provides accurate dosing.

Flowrox LPP-T transfer pumps incorporate advanced single roller design which eliminates friction and lowers energy consumption. They are ideal for pumping various slurries and dosing a wide range of abrasive, corrosive, viscous or crystallizing media.

Flowrox progressive cavity (PC) pumps are ideal for challenging applications with high viscous, corrosive and other difficult or sensitive media. Flowrox PC pumps are divided into three series. E-series is ideal for industrial and paste pumping applications. EL-series PC pumps excel in demanding wastewater and municipal waste applications. D-series progressive cavity pumps are designed especially for chemical and flocculant dosing applications.
