Echoing the company’s key to success and its core technology, MTS Sensors will return to its roots with a new name: Temposonics.
On April 7th 2021 Amphenol (NYSE: APH), a leading global provider of high-technology interconnect, antenna and sensor solutions, completed its acquisition of MTS Systems Corporation (read more here), bringing MTS Sensors into the Amphenol family. R. Effective June 7th, the MTS Sensors business in Cary (NC, USA) will be operated under Temposonics, LLC, and the business in Lüdenscheid (Germany) will be operated under Temposonics GmbH & Co.KG. The new name and logo of the world’s leader in magnetostrictive position sensors is as follows:
