Magnetek’s rugged cable reels are an ideal power delivery solution for crane and hoist applications, including monorails, overhead cranes, and magnet cranes. ​These cable reels are a superior option to effectively and compactly manage large lengths of cable. The cable reel is fixed to a specific point, while the cable end connects to the moving part of the equipment.

The Energy Engineered® OmniPulse DDC Series 2 will improve the performance, safety, and reliability of your DC-operated material handling applications. It’s the smart choice in DC control that will provide your facility with an efficient, modern solution. OmniPulse DDC Series 2 employs semiconductor technology, which provides more advanced control of motor speed and torque than costly, inefficient DCCP control. This microprocessorbased, solid-state, four-quadrant, DC-to-DC control is designed for series, shunt, or compound wound DC motors.

MagnePulse™ DMC Series 2 efficiently controls DC lifting magnets and provides system monitoring and diagnostic information that can be easily accessed from anywhere in your facility.

AC Line Regenerative Systems can be installed on cranes in place of large dynamic braking resistor banks for each motion. Built for rugged use, these mill-duty units take surplus regenerative energy from the motor and return it to the AC power source, reducing total energy consumption and improving energy efficiency.
