FibreCast is a leader in vacuum-formed products, polycrystalline fiber, ceramic fiber, modules,textiles, ropes, high temperature die cut gasket/strips and precast refractory.  As a manufacturer and distributor of refractory we have the ability to custom design solutions to meet specific application requirements in the steel industry.  Our proprietary tooling and mold design allows us to turn around new vacuum formed shapes in 1-2 weeks, from drawing board to prototype.

    • FibreCastPC BLANKETis a Polycrystalline Mullite/Alumina high temperature 2912°F (1600°C) Wool with excellent workability and resiliency. These blankets contain no binders or additives which may result in off-gassing upon heating.


    FibreCastPC BLANKET contains no shot and is RCF free, making it a suitable choice for areas which prohibit these items. Excellent resistance to most corrosive agents, and stable in both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres. FC-Blankets have excellent needling and high tensile strengths resulting in excellent workability and durability.

    • FC-Steelboardis an ultra high strength insulating board that provides superior crushing strength and insulating properties compared to traditional insulation products.


    High Hot Crushing Strength reduces flexing of the refractory lining where most standard insulation materials are crushed to powder. As FC-Steelboardkeeps its integrity throughout the vessel service life, a stable refractory system will be created leading to a more consistent refractory system (longer safety lining life), and predictable shell temperature

    Decrease installation time with FC -SteelboardPanels. A 300MT ladle can be lined in ~2 hours.

    FibreCast Injectite is a high temperature moldable or pumpable fiber based product with a putty like consistency. Commonly applied to hot spot areas, or to repair damaged fiber roofs, doors, preheaters or covers....

    • FibreCast Injectite is a high temperature moldable or pumpable fiber based product with a putty like consistency. Commonly applied to hot spot areas, hard to reach areas, or damaged refractory via pumping, troweling, hand packing or via caulking tube. FC Injectite adheres well to most surfaces, will dry with minimal temperature and is non wetting to non ferrous metals. It can be applied easily either in hot or ambient conditions. Various fiber grades are available to meet the process condition.

    Available in the following grades:  2300, 2600, 3000 and Non RCF
