Vail Rubber Works Inc. is a full service roll shop specializing in elastomeric roll coverings. With headquarters and manufacturing in St. Joseph, Michigan, Vail now has complete manufacturing locations in Middletown, Ohio and Mobile, Alabama. Our fleet of trucks provides pickup and delivery to many locations in the Midwest and Southeastern United States. We offer turnkey service, providing new and fully refurbished roll cores and millwright work. Featured this year will be Z-Series™ and DuraSqueeze XT ™ roll coverings, samples of HVOF thermal spray for journal repair and miscellaneous parts, and a working model of the Non-Woven vacuum roll system manufactured by Masroll. Mitex’ Non-Woven mill roll and Ultradur™ roll coverings are new this year.
