Single Ended Radiant Tube (SERT): silicon carbide radiant tube, which offers higher productivity at lower energy consumption. Our largest radiant tube is 3.5m long and withstands temperatures up to thirteen-hundred fifty degrees centigrade.
HeatCor®: A patented twisted channel, counter-flow design is made of thin-wall silicon carbide. This maximizes surface area and heat transfer to optimize waste heat recovery from the radiant tube exhaust. This results in energy savings that are greater than ten percent with a life expectancy greater than two times that of standard alloy recuperators.
SpyroCor®: Inserts absorb the heat energy from hot exhaust gas that would usually escape and re-radiate the heat back into the furnace. The resulting reduction in exhaust heat temperature improves energy efficiency and reduces polluting emissions. Because the cold spots at the exhaust leg of the burner tube are eliminated, the temperature uniformity within the furnace is improved. By using less gas, the carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide released into the environment are decreased proportionally.
NOxBUSTER®: A patented design permits the recirculation of flue gasses within the radiant tube. With NOx BUSTER, you can significantly reduce flame temperature and lower NOx emissions by up to fifty percent!
PYROCOR®: Eliminates hot spots caused by direct flame impingement and increases the life of the radiant tube. The spiral shape can be custom engineered to promote excellent temperature uniformity.
