  • The new carbon / sulfur analyzer ELEMENTRAC CS-i was developed for the accurate and safe analysis of carbon and sulfur in inorganic samples. The analyzer is equipped with a powerful induction furnace for sample combustion.

    Up to four highly sensitive infrared (IR) cells allow the analyzer to determine both high and low carbon and sulfur concentrations in only one measurement run. The measuring range of each cell may be adapted to the user's specific requirements to ensure optimum measuring conditions for each application.

    The analyzer is supplied with the new comprehensive and convenient ELEMENTS software, which features statistics, groupings, reports, diagnosis tools and many additional functions for ELEMENTRAC analyzers.

  • The ELEMENTRAC ONH-p determines oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in inorganic samples by inert gas fusion in an impulse furnace with temperatures in excess of 3.000 °C.

    The ELEMENTRAC ONH-p guarantees precise and fast sample analysis. The analyzer covers a wide range of applications such as metal, ceramics and other inorganic materials.

    The ELEMENTRAC ONH-p can be supplied with up to two infrared cells with different path lengths, accommodating both high and low level oxygen analyses. Nitrogen and hydrogen concentrations are determined in the ELEMENTRAC ONH-p by a robust and sensitive thermal conductivity cell.

  • ELTRA's CS-2000 is the only analyzer on the market for the determination of carbon and sulfur in organic as well as inorganic samples. For this purpose, the CS-2000 is equipped with both an induction and a resistance furnace (ELTRA Dual Furnace Technology), covering the full range of carbon and sulfur analysis.

    The CS-2000 is available with up to four independent infrared cells, which allow the precise and simultaneous analysis of high and low carbon and/or sulfur concentrations. The sensitivity of the cells can be customized individually by selecting the length of the IR-paths to ensure the optimum measuring range for each application.

  • Determination of released carbon dioxide and water is a special requirement for quality control in the cement and lime industry. ELTRA’s CW-800 analyzer is designed for the precise, simultaneous determination of carbon dioxide and water in lime, gypsum and cement from trace level up to 100 % (depending on sample weight). Other sample materials include ores, soil and minerals.

    The CW-800 is equipped with a resistance furnace with quartz tube for sample oxidation and can provide temperatures up to 1000 °C. The temperature of the CW-800 can be set up in steps of 1 °C and the temperature is fixed during measurement. As common carrier gas in the CW-800 nitrogen is used.

    The detection system of ELTRA’s CW-800 is very sensitive, reliable and guarantees a long lifetime. It can be customized according to the user’s requirements. Two infrared cells can be combined independently and allow highly precise measurement of CO2 and H2O.
