Cruise Saudi is the entity driving the development of a fully integrated, world-class cruise industry in Saudi – an industry that didn’t exist prior to our launch in 2021. We are working with local and international partners, including government entities to develop the infrastructure and port services required to attract cruise lines, and to curate destination experiences and high-quality shore excursions for passengers visiting Saudi, in line with our vision of becoming a world-class cruise port and cruise line operator.
So Far, Cruise Saudi completed 2 successful cruising season 2021/2022 on The Red Sea, with Jeddah Islamic Port & Yanbu Port welcoming 50,000+ cruise passengers on board of 4 cruise lines’ ships - MSC, Scenic Group, Viking and Silversea - to experience Saudi by sea, ~20% out of which being international passengers, from 80+ nationalities.
In 2023, Cruise Saudi started – during its 3rd season - with the operation of a new gateway for cruise ships to visit Saudi via the Arabian Gulf. The new cruise berth and terminal at King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam was launched with the inaugural call of MSC World Europa in January.
