Marine Medical Service is a healthcare services company, created at the height of the Sars Cov-19 pandemic emergency, at the request of some cruise industry operators to support crew members . The profound perception of the lack of a well-defined and reliable interlocutor, able to support the cruise lines in the complicated management of the pandemic emergency – both on board and during the crew’s journeys ashore – convinced one of the founding members of MMS to set up a health service organization, suitable for Italy, a country with an ancient maritime vocation.

The main purpose of Marine Medical Service is to support shipping companies in the organization of all health activities concerning the ordinary and emergency management of the population on board, be it crew members, passengers, technicians or visitors.
