The Central Adriatic Ports Authority manages seven ports in Marche and Abruzzo regions.
Three of them, Ancona, Pesaro and Ortona provide cruise services and are the gateway to discover the heart of Italy and the best hotspots for a genuine full immersion in the true Italian lifestyle. Rich in history, mountains, hills and beaches are concentrated in a relatively small territory characterized by beautiful natural landscapes and cultural heritage, not to speak about wine and food traditions!
The port of Ancona welcomes cruise passengers with its historical center close to the cruise terminal. Nearby, the Conero Riviera offers wonderful beaches and nature. The Frasassi caves and the town of Jesi can be easily visited, as well as Umbria region.
Pesaro is the birthplace of the opera composer Gioacchino Rossini. Urbino, UNESCO site, can be reached both from Pesaro and Ancona ports.
From Ortona, the Coast of Trabocchi offers many unspoiled beaches, all sharing a single common denominator... the crystal clear water of the sea.
