The Port of Funchal is assumed as a competitive port to the world-wide scale, exclusively dedicated to cruise vessels, mega-yachts, boats of tourist activities. The Passenger Terminal is an infrastructure of support to embark, disembark and to shelter passengers in transit and crews.
After the main infrastructure was built in 2010, the Madeira Port Authority bet to support its security policy, to improve and promote comfort, quality and better services to all its users.
Integrated in the south quay of the port, the terminal distance do the town it’s only a 10 minutes walk, offering many touristic attractions nearby and shopping areas.
