We specialize in Process Engineering, Material Supply, Technology Transfer, Synthesis, Formulation, Polymers, Composites, Coatings, Nanomaterials and Electronic Materials. Founded in 1974, our 120,000 ft2 facility is situated just outside of Toronto, Canada. Our space includes wet laboratories for chemistry, physics, and materials science as well as state-of-the-art materials characterization facilities.
Our Process Engineering and Scale-up facilities include 10,000 ft2 of engineering laboratories and a 24,000 ft2 Pilot Plant. As Xerox R&D has moved towards an Open Innovation mode, so has XRCC. Consequently, over the past three years XRCC has been open for third party client services. Our target markets include printed electronics, security materials, green chemistry, specialty coatings and personal care. Our engineering services are on a fee-per-service basis.
