UCS – Pioneer of Window Automation in USA
UCS started the introduction in USA of Window and Skylight Automation for Natural Ventilation and Smoke Ventilation more than 20 years ago, providing window chain operators for many prestigious projects. UCS latest technology is represented by the BMSline - programmable and addressable chain operators - Integrating Window Automation into the BMS Building Management System: Enabling interaction of Natural Ventilation, obtained through window automation, with other systems in building (HVAC, lighting...): granting considerable energy saving, improving comfort and wellbeing, becoming health and productivity. At the same time the building safety is assured by smoke ventilation in case of emergency.
