The Bayou City Study Club is Houston's premiere Seattle Study Club chapter for dental professionals.
The Bayou City Study Club first promotes an unending commitment to education and scholarship. We enable our members to achieve their own commitment to lifelong learning and wisdom by offering unique and exciting AGD Pace accredited Continuing Education courses. By joining our club, you’ll have the opportunity to better yourself and your practice by learning from your peers and renowned dental speakers. We are proud to safely offer in-person lectures, accompanied by live-streamed Zoom lectures upon request.
Each season, from September to May, we host 10 meetings for our members. Nine of them consist of a lecture from either BCSC members or distinguished dental speakers. The tenth and final meeting is our Member Appreciation Party where we celebrate the end of the year and reveal the theme and calendar for the next season.
This year, we will host some new and exciting events including:
- Two Hygienist courses
- Annual OSHA/HIPAA training
- Hi-Tech Fair for our members and 4th year dental students
- Hands on implant courses taught by Dr. Paul Metz and provided by Nobel Biocare
