Kimura Foundry was founded in 1927 and has nearly 100 years of experience in the casting industry. By specializing in the Full Mold Castings Process for over 50 years, we have supplied to many industries such as automotive, machineries, oil and gas, etc. We have 4 production sites in Japan and one in Indiana, USA which was launched as our first oversea plant. We continue innovation in the industry by developing new processes such as 3D sand printing for prototype castings which uses our patented artificial sand system. In 2020, we have received the casting of the year award from the Japan Foundry Engineering Society for our patented Kimura-Cast Lined Pipe, which uses high chrome iron in the inner surface to achieve high abrasion resistance in fields such as steel making.
