Steel operations produce wastewater streams that are difficult to treat. Oils, mill scale, and fine solids don’t always separate efficiently, especially under variable flow conditions. SAF® (Suspended Air® Flotation) uses colloidal gas aphrons (CGA) to initiate attachment before the water reaches the flotation tank. This upstream reaction improves solids capture, reduces variability, and supports more consistent downstream performance.
