Orbach Huff Suarez & Henderson LLP will be celebrating its 20^th anniversary in 2017.  The firm’s focus since its inception has always been the representation of public agencies.  We represent school districts, community colleges, state universities, the University of California, municipalities and water districts in every aspect of their building projects including property acquisition, CEQA compliance, mitigating contamination, construction contracts, disputes and litigation.  We also represent our public agency clients in numerous other areas including human resources, labor and employment, education, solar and alternative energy and charter school law and every aspect of their building projects, from project clearance under the California Environmental Quality Act, to the acquisition of property, to mitigating contamination, to construction disputes and litigation. In addition, we represent a select group of private developers, which includes the developer of the largest multi-use project in California.
