CSI: California School Inspections creates the tools necessary for you to turn your Annual Williams Act/FIT inspections into useful documents for facilities management and maintenance. We refer to this as “Compliance with a Purpose”, our tools show the conditions and needs of your facilities, that are useful in both LCAP and Administration meetings. CSI: California School Inspections is an independent third party inspection service specializing in annual Williams Act/FIT inspections using the Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) Facility Inspection Tool (FIT) to provide the inspection and information that is required for the School Accountability Report Card (SARC).
