We are delighted to extend to confirmed exhibitors of the 2025 ASDS Annual Meeting the exclusive opportunity to host an Industry-Supported Education Session: Hot Topic Event. These sessions will be featured in an ASDS breakout room, strategically positioned alongside ASDS Education Sessions to maximize visibility and engagement. The cost to participate is $25,000 per session. Exhibitors are responsible for all planning and associated expenses, including food and beverage, additional A/V needs, speakers or KOLs, signage, and promotional outreach to drive attendance. ASDS will provide a screen, LCD, and one microphone for on-site events. Sessions confirmed by October 17 will be highlighted in the ASDS Annual Meeting Final Program, and hosting companies will also receive a complimentary insert in the physician tote bags for additional exposure. Please note, while ASDS provides this platform, attendance cannot be guaranteed.
