NEW this year! The Solution Center is a dedicated presentation area located in the Exhibit Hall.  It is an opportunity for Exhibitors to have a 20-minute demonstration that addresses a solution in the Railway Engineering community.  You will be assigned a 30-minute block of time; 20 minutes for presentation, and 10 minutes for Q&A.   Exhibitors may follow this presentation with a further demonstration of their product/service or more information in their booth.

Interested Exhibitors should prepare a proposal of no more than 250 words describing how this presentation addresses a problem or benefits the Railway Engineering community.  This will be used as the description of the presentation in all AREMA 2024 Annual Conference & Expo promotional material.

• Only available to registered exhibitors of the AREMA 2024 Annual Conference & Expo
• AREMA will provide basic promotion of all Exhibit Hall Activities and include a presentation schedule on signage outside of the Solution Center presentation area. Exhibitors who are selected to participate in this Solution Center are encouraged to promote their individual presentations independently of this.
• Time slots are reserved on a first come first served basis and will be assigned by AREMA.
• The Solution Center seats 75 people, with limited standing room.   AREMA will provide basic Audio-Visual equipment (including a screen, projector, laptop, and microphone.)
• AREMA staff reserve the right to decline proposals that do not meet the needs of the Railway Engineering community.  If a proposal is declined a full refund will be issued.
• Solution Center presentations are not eligible for PDH credit.
