Blend Plants produces automated mixing plants since 1983.
Blend mobile mixing plants can be mounted on rail wagons so becoming a concrete batching train. The installation is simple and allows maximum autonomy. The use of the machine is easy and intuitive: raw materials are in separate compartments, production of different qualities of concrete can be done with the same load and with a single operator, intelligent onboard computer can control operations, productions and recipes.
This mobile plant is available in different dimensions and with a wide range of optionals. The production on-site improves quality also reducing waste of material, production times and costs. Blend plants offers solution for working on railway and tunnels with a range of plants designed for customers' needs.
Blend Plants took part to important projects, where it was asked to design innovative and customized solution, such as a railway mixing plant for the London Underground in 2015 and six concrete agitators for the realization of Monte Ceneri tunnel in Switzerland in 2017.
