Groupe ADP develops and manages airports, including Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly and Paris-Le Bourget and manages, directly or through TAV Airports and GMR Airports, one of the world's largest airport networks with 27 airports. Pre-Covid 19, the Group handled 108 million pax and 2.3 million metric tonnes of freight and mail at Charles de Gaulle and Orly through its brand Paris Aéroport, and more than 238 million pax in airports abroad. Boasting an exceptional geographic location and a major catchment area, the Group is pursuing its strategy of adapting and modernizing its terminal facilities, upgrading quality of service and implementing its Hospitality savoir faire through the new brand Extime; it also intends to develop its shopping and dining experience, along with its real estate businesses. In 2022, the Group revenue stood at €4,700 million and net income at €516 million.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of Groupe ADP, ADP International carries out Groupe ADP’s skill set outside Paris. ADP International's expertise is based on four main businesses: Project Financing and Investment, Airports Operations, Hospitality and Innovation, Planning and Design led by ADP Airport Services and Merchant Aviation in the US. In the U.S., Groupe ADP activities includes full airport operations, maintenance and concessions at Stewart International Airport, FBO development and operations at Miami-Opa Locka Airport, and hospitality services with five lounges operated by TAV Operations services at JFK and Dulles Airports.
