Twist Aero is a premiere manufacturer of top quality, reliable, and innovative aviation Ground Support Equipment (GSE). Our aviation products consist of: Pre Conditioned Air Units, Ground Power Units, The Boom-Air Hose Retriever System, Hoses, and complementary accessories. We offer our PCA, HRS and GPU as static/bridge mounted or in mobile configurations. Pre Conditioned Air – Static Mount
Twist Aero Pre Conditioned Air units range in size from 30 Tons - 120 Tons in both DX and Glycol Air Handling configurations. With high quality manufacturing and continuous design improvement, Twist Aero units remain the most reliable units in the market.
Pre Conditioned Air – Mobile
The Twist Aero mobile PCA is rugged yet refined and offers ease of maintenance with strategic component layout. Unit sizes range from 30 Ton – 120 Tons. Available in diesel, unleaded gas or electric configurations.
Ground Power Units
The newest product line for Twist Aero is our Ground Power units. The line consists of Solid State, Point of Use Frequency Converters. Two models are currently offered: 400 Hz 115 VAC and Combination 400 Hz 115 VAC/ 28.5 VDC. Both designs are offered in bridge mount, electric mobile and diesel mobile configurations. The units are designed for optimal power quality and industry leading performance of 90 kW continuous power at 55°C, PF 1.0.
Hose Management Systems
The Boom Air® Hose Management System is a patented Twist Aero brand product designed to replace inferior hose storage systems. Our design enables the user to only deliver the amount of hose needed to the aircraft, eliminating kinks and optimizing airflow efficiency. The Boom-Air® integrates remote-control technology to deploy and retract the hose contained within a storage cabinet. By incorporating leading edge technology, the Boom-Air Hose Management System will provide fuel cost savings, improved airflow quality, and protect from consequential damages.
