Groupe ADP develops and manages airports, including Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly and Paris-Le Bourget and manages, directly or through TAV Airports and GMR Airports, the world's largest airport network with 28 airports. Pre-Covid 19 crisis, the Group handled 108 million pax and 2.3 million metric tonnes of freight and mail at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly through its brand Paris Aéroport, and more than 127 million pax in airports abroad through its subsidiary ADP International. Boasting an exceptional geographic location and a major catchment area, the Group is pursuing its strategy of adapting and modernizing its terminal facilities and upgrading quality of service; it also intends to develop its shopping and dining experience, and real estate businesses. In 2019, group revenue stood at €4,700 million and net income at €588 million.  

Wholly-owned subsidiary of Groupe ADP, ADP International carries out Groupe ADP’s whole skill set outside Paris. ADP international's expertise is based on three main businesses: Project financing and Investment, Airports Operations ; innovation, planning and design led by ADP Ingénierie and Merchant Aviation. In the US, Groupe ADP activities includes full airport operations, maintenance and concessions such as Stewart International Airport, FBO operations at Miami-Oppa Locka airport and hospitality services with 6 lounges operated by TAV Operations services in JFK and Dulles Airports.
