Gymnazo EDU is a movement education company focused on providing courses and mentorship programs rooted in fundamental principles, application-based learning, and critical thinking skill development. Our courses empower trainers and clients alike to think beyond protocols and beyond a single plane of motion. We take a holistic and integrated approach to training by focusing on 3-dimensional (spherical) movement. Using applied biomechanics as well as behavioral sciences, our mission is to bridge the gap between the medical and fitness industries by empowering trainers with the ability to problem-solve movement-related pains and dysfunctions and treat every individual athlete uniquely, while creating sustainable programming and business practices that make training a life-long career.
