Welcome to the SOUL brands!
FUSION, STRENGTH & BARRE
The Choreography Club, created by fitness mentor Michele Park, is a one stop instructor shop. Our formats are very EASY to learn, EASY to teach and FUN to take. We give our instructors all the tools they need to teach thier classes so they can concentrate on creating an amazing experience for their community. The SOUL brands have three innovative fitness formats: SOULfusion, our athletic mind body using light weights, SOULstrength, strength training to the beat with crazy fun music and BARREfusion, a fusion barre training for any BODY. Our instructor trainings can be done online, virtual or in person and are accredited with ACE, AFAA & NASM. All of our content comes with class videos, preview videos, choreography notes and MUSIC! Our SOUL mission is to create instructor content that is safe, fun and effective, while tapping into what we know our students need, a GREAT EXPERIENCE!
