Hotel Door Drop Insert
The Door Drop provides a convenient and unique way to reach your target audience and put your company information or product samples in the hands of attendees before the exhibit hall opens! It will be the first item attendees receive upon arrival at their hotel room, putting your company’s information at the forefront as they plan their meeting schedule.
Hotel Door Drop inserts will be distributed to the ASDS official room block at the Hyatt Regency Chicago on Thursday evening, October 17th
The cost is for placement only. Printing/shipping is the responsibility of the supporter. All artwork must be approved by the ASDS.
Space Reservations Due: September 15, 2024
Printed Inserts Due: October 1, 2021
Important Note: All inserts must be approved by the ASDS. Instructions for shipping inserts directly to the hotel will be provided upon approval of your insert. Proofs of printed inserts should be emailed to Kelly Jena at kjena@asds.net by September 15, 2024 for approval before printing. Finished piece may be no larger than 8.5" x 11" in size. If your door drop insert will be a product sample, please provide the size of the packaging for approval.
